A MOQ of 12 pieces in total per order must be met to order online. Please contact us if you wish to order below our MOQ.

| Methods of Payment (MOP): |
MOQ accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, CHEQUES (to be made payable to Faze 2 Design Ltd). Please note we do not accept payments on our website. Once your goods are ready, we will contact you for payment details/ inform you a charge will be made to your advised MOP account and a invoice of your order will be sent to you for your reference. Please also note that no goods will be sent until payment has been received. Please contact us for further payment inquiries.

| Shipping Details: |
Subject to stock availability, most orders will be received within 7-10 working days of placing the order. Please allow longer for remote areas and international orders. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Goods are shipped from either our Vancouver warehouse for CA/ International orders or from Seattle for USA orders.

| We choose the most cost effective method to deliver our products to you & will notify you accordingly. Please let us know should you wish to have goods delivered by a specific courier company. Please note: orders shipped to international regions that may incur an additional tax & duty fee by your own country are your responsibility. |

| Returns & Exchanges: |
| We only accept returns &/or exchange of goods which are defective and unused, or incorrectly delivered to you within 7 days of receiving your goods. There will be NO returns & /or exchange of goods after this period. Please inspect your merchandise and contact us within this period if you have received a defective or incorrectly delivered item to obtain a 'Return Authorization Number' (RAN). |
